• Make is a middle ground, more powerful, steeper learning curve.

The honest warning: this is the category where DIY attempts die. Building a five step automation is a fun weekend. Building a workflow that handles the exception where a customer replies to a follow up email with a question while a quote is still in draft, and does not fall over, is engineering.

Your CRM needs to be the single source of truth or none of the above works.
